Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Orders fulfilled and shipped within 3-10 (three to ten) business days (M-F) and do not include any U.S. holidays and/or announced shop closures. We do not offer Overnight, Next Day, or Expedited shipping.

All packages ship via USPS. An email should be sent once your package has shipped and it will include your tracking number. If your order shows delivered and it is not at its destination, you will want to call USPS. They will be able to give you more detailed information about where your package is. You should have been sent an email with the shipping and tracking details of your package.

If you were not sent an email, please email blevinsstorytime@gmail.com with your full name and order number and a tracking number will be sent to you.

If your package is returned to us as non-deliverable (incomplete address, incorrect address & information, unable to forward, or a no such number)

and you want the package re-shipped, you will be responsible for the cost to

re-ship the package. If you realize your package has the incorrect address and your order has not shipped, pleasememail blevinsstorytime@gmail.com as soon as possible.  

Return & Exchange Policy

At this time, we do not offer returns/exchanges. If you have any questions, please email blevinsstorytime@gmail.com.

If your item is damaged, lost in transit, lost by the shipper or incorrect

(not what you ordered), we’ll make it right and re-send the item(s).
